III. Old Business 

  • Follow up from Erin Welty about Main Street America annual fee. Can BID 16 transfer benefits to businesses in the BID? The answer is YES. So do we have approval to spend $200 for an annual membership?

  • Need approval on Bylaws for BID 16 and for Uptown Crossing Economic Development bylaws. ACTION ITEM: Matt has notes to not include the Executive Director, since we worked without one for so long. Matt will look at them before the next meeting in January.
