I. Call to Order/Attendance

II. Minutes & Financials

  • Approve June 2024 Minutes & July 2024 Minutes

  • Approve May 2024 Financial; June 2024 Financials and July 2024 Financial (Invoices, receipts and explanations located in the link provided)


III. Old Business 

  • Reminder: Second Uptown Get Down is August 15, from 6-8 at Uptown 56 park.  


IV. New Business

  • KEI BID to add different perennials around the Wing sculpture, pull dead plants, replace with new perennials and water plants and new pear tree once per week. 

  • Some neighbors complained about the lights in the park being on ALL NIGHT. I checked with KEI and they confirmed that the lights shut off at 10PM.

  • Operating Plan 2025 initial budget

  • Strategic Planning, Part 3 with Montavius Jones.
