INTRODUCING OUR NEW STRATEGIC PLAN

BID 16 has a New Strategic plan. The planning process for commenced in April 2024 and concluded in September 2024. During that time, BID board members along with board members of the Uptown Crossing Economic Development Corp met monthly to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats facing the district, while also defining the desired character of the future BID. We established a clear framework for how the BID and EDC will collaborate moving forward. By defining roles, responsibilities, and funding mechanisms, this framework ensures a cohesive partnership that will enhance the district's economic vitality and community engagement efforts.
